DeGette Sworn into 119th Congress

WASHINGTON D.C. — Today, Congresswoman Diana DeGette (CO-01) released the following statement after being sworn into the 119th Congress: 

"I am honored to continue representing Denver in the 119th Congress. This is a profound responsibility that I take seriously, and I remain optimistic about the work we can accomplish in a bipartisan manner. 

"From improving health care outcomes to restoring the full spectrum of reproductive care to preserving Colorado’s treasured public lands, my priorities remain unchanged. At the same time, I will stand firm against the extremism of the incoming Administration and fight against any efforts to roll back the progress we’ve made over the last four years. Americans deserve nothing less."
