The Responsible End to the War in Afghanistan Act provides that funds for Armed Forces operations in Afghanistan shall be expended only for providing for the secure and orderly withdrawal from Afghanistan of all of the Armed Forces and Department of Defense contractor personnel present there.
The Puppy Uniform Protection and Safety Act amends the Animal Welfare Act to increase protection of puppies by requiring dogs housed in dealer-owned facilities to have daily access to exercise as well as clean, safe, and spacious accommodations.
The Grand Canyon Watersheds Protection Act of 2011 makes land in the vicinity of Kanab Creek and House Rock Valley ineligible for registration and patents under mining laws.
The Maternal Health Accountability Act of 2011 amends Title V of the Social Security Act to provide grants to States to establish maternal mortality review committees on pregnancy-related deaths and to eliminate gaps in maternal health outcomes.
